The team at Upward Human Performance has exceeded my expectations! The dedicated coaches provide support and an undeniable sense of community. They take the time to listen, collaborate and build an obtainable plan for change with their extremely positive and results driven approach.
Upward Human Performance is a great gym full of knowledgeable trainers that want to see you succeed. Not only did they help me get faster, stronger, and more explosive, they made me more competitive and more mentally strong when faced with adversity. I would highly recommend Upward for high-level football and athletic training.
At Upward I have truly learned what proper speed and strength training is. The coaches here have not only become big brothers to me, but are phenomenal trainers as well. Since joining upward I have increased my bench press 70 pounds, my squat 50 pounds, and my deadlift over 100 pounds. I have also increased my vertical jump 3 inches, dropped my sprint speed over 3 tenths of a second and have gotten a lot more agile. I am faster than I have ever been and this program has helped me get stronger and faster than ever. I am excited to take this new athleticism to Choate Rosemary Hall and see how great I can be!
