Adult Strength Training
Build upper body and lower body strength through proper warm up, mobility, and activation exercises, learn proper bench, squat, and deadlift technique to crush PR’s, and build muscle that will have you looking GOOD in the mirror.
Our Adult burn classes are for adults who want a high intensity, circuit based training class that burns a lot of calories and focuses on building aerobic capacity and shredding fat!
Youth Athlete Training
Our youth athlete training classes teach kids age 8-12 how to get faster, stronger, and more prepared for sport and LIFE, by teaching fundamentals, proper body mechanics, balance, coordination, strength, and confidence!
